Working out is not about possessions!

       Have you ever noticed when you go over a friends house, that they have all of this workout equipment, laying around. I mean this stuff is nice. The latest bells and whistles, sleek waistlines are seen on the covers of all the box's. Tight buns, big biceps, sweat, are all seen on these gorgeous glossies. This isn't working out, this is being a good consumer. As a culture, we love to buy stuff, and buy more stuff. But with all of this work out gear, a foot never hits the pavement. Or a body, is never in motion. I can do a workout in a hotel room, the garage of my house, foot to pavement, or in a small 3 x 4 space.
